Suasana aatmosfir ruangan kamar & restaurantnya... Pelayanannya...
Pilihan menu minuman dingin (non alkohol & non softdrink) sangat sedikit... Sprei ukurannya lebih kecil drpd kasur... Shg ada bagian kasur yg tak tertutupi sprei... Tidak mendapatkan handtowel...

Smoking areas seem to be every where, even at the breakfast area. The hotel discrimates against non smokers. Doesn't look a 4 star hotel to me.

Facilities are in run-down conditions. Not well managed and not value for money.
Facilities are in run-down conditions. The swimming pool was not maintained well and was not clean at all. We end up not using the pool due to poor quality. Not well managed and not value for money.

What was the highlight of Novotel Bukittinggi
NIce cozy hotel
Good location, very close to the shopping area & mall and Menara besar (which seems to be the centre for tourist attraction). Our rooms was next to the mosque, so we could hear the morning sermon clearly each morning (nice wake up call). Rooms are generally clean, staff are polite and helpful.
Breakfast spread could do better if soup are properly heated and keep warm - we had cold chicken soup for both mornings.
